Standards & Classification

StandardsIQS 3816 / 2019 · TS EN 771-1 · EN 771-1:2011+A1:2015 · ASTM C216 + C67
ClassificationHD (High Density) · Group 1 (Solid Unit) · Grade SW · F2

Values are aligned with recognized national and international standards for fired clay facing units under severe exposure categories.

Installation Guidelines

  1. Use 10–15 mm joint spacing between units.
  2. Use appropriate spacers to maintain joint alignment and spacing.
  3. Clean the surface with water only—no aggressive chemicals.
  4. Protect installed areas from rain and water exposure for at least 24 hours.

Storage & Handling

  • Store pallets and loose units in dry, shaded, and well-ventilated areas.
  • Avoid direct ground contact; use pallets or stable supports.
  • Limit stack height to a maximum of 1.5 m.
